TMZ is reporting that Swurv, born Benjamin Leon Kearse Jr., was arrested on Thursday, March 20. Native authorities say the arrest stems from an incident that occurred again in July 2023. In accordance with the paperwork, a person claims he was crossing the road when Swurv out of the blue stopped his Dodge Charger at a cease signal. The person says he by chance struck the trunk of the automotive—which Swurv presumably took as an indication of disrespect. Trina’s husband is alleged to have adopted the pedestrian all the best way again to his dwelling.
Upon arriving on the residence, he proceeded to exit his car and assault the unidentified man. Police say he punched him a number of occasions within the face which left the person with a fractured nostril. This was apparently confirmed by surveillance footage taken from safety cameras on that block. Swurv was taken to Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Middle for processing; he has since been launched.
