Shannon Sharpe Vacates ESPN Duties Amid Sexual Assault Declare

Shannon Sharpe will step down from his obligations at ESPN as he and his authorized staff are combating a $50 million lawsuit alleging sexual assault. The unnamed girl, named within the lawsuit as Jane Doe, is at present being represented by Tony Buzbee within the matter.

Shannon Sharpe, 56, is accused of sexual assault and battery by Jane Doe, whose authorized staff has named in a public assertion. Doe is reportedly an OnlyFans mannequin who says she met Sharpe in 2023 at a Los Angeles health club when she was 19.

With extra particulars coming forth, together with a filmed video assertion earlier this week from Sharpe, the controversy started to develop by the minute as Buzbee’s aspect launched textual content messages that would help Doe’s claims of rape and assault.

Taking to social media, Shannon Sharpe delivered a written assertion saying his transfer to step away from ESPN as this matter strikes forward.

“At this juncture[,] I’m electing to step apart quickly from my ESPN duties,” a portion of the assertion reads. “I will likely be devoting this time to household, and responding and coping with these false and disruptive allegations set in opposition to me.”

Sharpe contends that the connection between him and Doe was consensual and is asking for Doe’s staff to launch all of the paperwork and proof linked to the lawsuit.
