This system has doubled its win complete in two years since Monday took over the resurrected wrestling program.
Practically three years in the past, Morgan State College introduced Olympic gold medal-winning wrestling champion Kenny Monday as its new males’s wrestling coach—and the outcomes have been promising.
In keeping with WBAL TV, Monday was the primary Black wrestler ever to win the gold medal when he took the prize on the 1988 Olympics in Seoul, South Korea. 4 years later, he received a silver medal in Barcelona.
When Morgan State determined to resurrect its wrestling program, it made sense to supply Monday the teaching place.
