Ivy Tech Columbus receives present from Duke Power to help STEM Day camps


Dec. 17—COLUMBUS — Ivy Tech Neighborhood Faculty has acquired a $5,000 grant from Duke Power to assist the Faculty’s Columbus Service Space present partaking and academic day camps for elementary and highschool college students throughout school-year breaks. These camps will concentrate on providing college students hands-on experiences in topics that embody Biology, Aviation, Superior Manufacturing, and Engineering.

The camps will function progressive actions designed to spark curiosity in Science, Expertise, Engineering, and Arithmetic (STEM) careers.
