Likelihood The Rapper’s “No Issues” that includes Lil Wayne and a pair of Chainz beat out “All of the Approach Up” for the Finest Rap Efficiency Grammy on the 2017 Grammy Awards. Apparently, Joe hasn’t gotten over it.
