Synopsis: The tiny harbour village of Tickle Head, Newfoundland, is struggling financial malaise as a result of closure of cod fishing. Unemployed fisher Murray (Brendan Gleeson), his buddy Simon, and banker Henry are determined to draw a brand new petrochemical manufacturing facility to the world, however the deal hinges on securing a resident physician within the village.
