Jay-Z, Ashanti, Fats Joe, Gayle King, Angie Martinez have been amongst those that paid their final respects.
The Feb. 19 funeral service for Homicide Inc. founder Irv Gotti featured among the greatest names in hip-hop. Amongst them was rapper Ja Rule, Gotti’s companion and Homicide Inc’s breakout artist, who paid tribute to the person who launched his profession.
“I simply need to say Irv, I really like you. Everybody on this room loves you. You touched all people in your personal method and I do know all people has their moments of that with him. So, we’re all right here in celebration of your life as a result of it should stay on perpetually. I really like you my brother; see you after I get there.”

In line with TMZ Hip Hop, many notables attended the service on the Higher Allen A.M.E. Cathedral of New York, together with artists whose careers Gotti formed. Jay-Z, Fats Joe, Ashanti, and Gayle King have been amongst those that paid their respects.
