A Baltimore mom is mourning the lack of her son after he was tragically killed throughout a home dispute of their residence on Christmas Eve.

Promyss Marcelle, alongside along with her one-year-old daughter and 4-year-old son Jacobi have been shot within the early morning hours of December 24. Though Marcelle and her daughter survived the incident, Jacobi died because of his accidents at Johns Hopkins Hospital later that day. In response to CBS Information, the kids’s father, 30-year-old Mark Jones, has been charged with homicide and tried homicide.

Charging paperwork obtained by CBS Information allege Jones entered Marcelle’s bed room round 6 a.m. whereas she and the kids have been sleeping and began an argument.
